1 injured during overnight Greensboro stabbing

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating a stabbing that occurred early Tuesday morning.

Guilford County Emergency Medical Services responded to a stabbing call at about 4 a.m. at the Sheetz on West Wendover Avenue. EMS say the victim called from Sheetz, but the incident happened elsewhere.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and is not being cooperative.

In addition, there was a fight that occurred at Christie’s Cabaret, which is less than a mile from Sheetz.

There is blood on the ground and CSI is taking pictures and investigating the incident.

Police say the two scenes may be connected.
