VANCOUVER, Wash. — A bystander who was sitting in a Starbucks in Washington on Monday recorded the brawl between a man in just a tank top and his underwear and his assaulter.

In a video recorded and published on Facebook by Santino Filipelli, you can see the man in his underwear attempt to hold the door shut before his attacker bursts through, pushing him into a wall and attempting to get on top of him before several Starbucks’ guests hold him down.

Police say the fight started at a nearby apartment complex and escalated from there, according to KOIN. The 35-year-old attacker allegedly broken into the man’s apartment because he believed the man initially broke into his apartment and stole a television remote.

He is facing second-degree assault and second-degree burglary charges.
