South Carolina man accused of peeing on police officer
UNION, S.C. — A South Carolina man is facing charges after he allegedly drove under the influence, crashed a vehicle and later urinated on a police officer.
An officer responded to a collision Sunday morning, and upon arrival found Rick Anderson Bell, who smelled like alcohol, WSPA reports.
Police say Bell refused sobriety tests, so they took him to the Union Public Safety headquarters for a breathalyzer test.
While there, officials say he stood up in a chair, unzipped his pants and peed on the officer. He then refused the breathalyzer test.
He is charged with throwing of bodily fluids, DUI and driving under suspicion.
