DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. -- In this edition of Roy's Folks, meet a Davidson County man who started creating art when he was just a kid.

Someone along the way suggested to Ron Willis that he try doing some paintings on turkey feathers.

Over the last 20 years, he has perfected his art and now his paintings contain detail and color beyond anything you could imagine.

He says painting on feathers is very difficult because they are always moving under his brush but the finished paintings have a unique look. His favorite subjects are Wildlife and Native Americans.

You can find more about his work on his Facebook page.
