Lexington man charged with peeping

LEXINGTON, N.C. — A Lexington man was arrested Sunday night and charged with secret peeping, the Lexington Dispatch reported.

Jeffery Shane Forrest, 35, of 1211 Raleigh Road, was arrested for allegedly using a cellphone “to create a photographic image of a female, underneath her skirt, for the purpose of viewing her body or undergarment without her consent,” according to a report.

Forrest is being held in the Davidson County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond. His court date is set for Aug. 16.
