GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Trainer Damian Fisher has been a trainer for over 20 years.

His clients are a diverse group. "I train bodybuilders, I train fitness models, housewives, businessmen, I train a lot of people who are accomplished in different areas," Fisher said.

Fisher has one group of clients that inspires him in different ways. One of those clients is 96-year-old Rebecca Isley.

Isley says, "This gives me an outing mentally, to have someone to talk to and work with me."

Isley trains twice a week for 30 minutes.

Another one of Fisher's clients is 87-year-old Flora Reynolds-Reece. Reece says, "I just wanted to keep my girlish figure."

Reece has the same training regimen as Isley, twice a week for 30 minutes.

Fisher has one more star client in 84-year-old Clarence Brown. Brown says, "I figured I needed some workouts to keep me young."

Brown is a two-time cancer survivor who enjoys his time at the gym and feels better now than when he started.

Fisher tailors their workouts based on their medical and health history but for these workout warriors it's all about staying active.

Fisher really gets inspired by his clients dedication, saying, "I've gained as much if not more from them just from experiencing working with these folks."

A special bond between trainer and client and an inspiration to many.
