UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Two North Carolina teens are accused of leading an overnight chase with Highway Patrol troopers that led to them crashing into the side of a home.

The incident started around 1:30 a.m. when one of the teens driving the vehicle made an illegal U-turn, WSOC reports.

When a trooper spotted the teenagers and attempted to pull them over, the chase began.

The chase, which reached speeds of up to 120 mph, ended when troopers eventually knocked the duo off the road.

The van crashed into a house and left a hole its side. No one was injured and the investigation is ongoing.
