CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A North Carolina tennis coach is accused of committing sex crimes against a 15-year-old girl and filming other minors as they showered.

The Charlotte Observer reported that Benjamin Joseph Swain, 42, has been jailed in Bibb County, Georgia on charges of child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

The suspect is accused of fondling the victim and using a pen camera to film three other juveniles as they showered and used the bathroom.

A relative of the victim told deputies about the alleged relationship between the suspect and the victim after finding evidence on the victim’s phone, according to authorities.

The suspect allegedly filmed two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old in the shower at a hotel room that the victims were sharing on June 3, according to the Observer. Authorities did not say why they were all at the hotel.
