Burlington police looking for missing mother, daughter

BURLINGTON, N.C. – Police in Burlington are looking for a mother and her child reported missing from a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Burlington police said they received a missing persons report at 3:46 a.m. Saturday from the Harris Teeter at 2727 S. Church St.

Kimberly (Ching) Sullivan, 43, and her daughter Kirah Gusman, 14, were reported missing by Kimberly’s wife, Sherri Sullivan, according to police.

Police described Kimberly as 5’01” and about 200 pounds and said she was wearing a black tank top.

Kirah has been described as 5’00” and about 80 pounds and wearing a purple and white striped shirt.

Kirah and Kimberly were last seen entering the store by Sherri Sullivan. Police said they do not believe the mother and daughter are in danger.
