Randolph County deputies looking for missing infant, father

Chad Douglas Eastlack, 35, of Trinity

TRINITY, N.C. — Authorities in Randolph County are looking for a missing infant and his father.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office said they were contacted by the Randolph County Department of Social Services on Tuesday in reference to a missing 8-month-old male that had been placed in their custody.

Randolph County Department of Social Services said the infant child has been taken by the biological parents, Chad Douglas Eastlack and Penny Dianne Worthy (also known as Penny Eastlack), with the a last known address of 4545 Peace Road in Trinity.

Deputies said Chad Eastlack is also a suspect in the larceny of a motor vehicle from Millikan Farm Road in Franklinville.

The vehicle in question is a silver 2008 Chrysler Town & Country with a North Carolina license plate of EAF-5393.

Chad Eastlack has been charged with the larceny of the motor vehicle as well as other charges relating from this larceny.
