Missing baby in NC found

UPDATE: The baby has been found. The child was safe and in good condition.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — A 15-day-old baby has gone missing in Buncombe County, according to FOX Carolina. Police are searching for the baby, and two people who last saw the child.

The baby, Jay Aden Rice-Meyer, went missing Wednesday morning, deputies said.

Kevin Ray Branam, 26, of Leicester, and Jessica Daniel Heavner, 29, of  New Leicester Highway, were reportedly the last people to have seen Jay.

Branam and Heavner are believed to be  traveling in a blue or green Subaru Outback with NC license plate BEZ-9424.

Deputies are searching for the two adults, the baby, and the car.

Jay is 7 pounds, 4 ounces, 19.5 inches long, with blue eyes.  He was wearing a multi-colored striped onesie.
