WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston-Salem police are investigating a string of seven robberies committed since May 27, according to a news release.

Authorities believe some of the robberies may have been committed by the same suspect.

The following robberies are being investigated:

  • May 27: Quality Mart at 424 Jonestown Road
  • May 30: DL’s Food Mart at 419 Jonestown Road
  • June 5: China Restaurant at 3491 North Patterson Avenue
  • June 5: Papa John’s Pizza at 4968 Martin View Lane
  • June 6: Cricket Wireless at 1489 New Walkertown Road
  • June 6: Ace at 5350-G University Parkway
  • June 7: Circle K at 2121 W. Clemmonsville Road

In all but one of the robberies, only one suspect entered the businesses. Two suspects entered the Ace video game business during the robbery.
