Tropical Storm Colin produced a lot of rain for the Southeast but has now headed out to sea.

The storm brought heavy rains and wind gusts as it made landfall in Florida early Tuesday.

Colin was packing maximum sustained winds of 50 mph and moving toward the northeast at 33 mph Tuesday morning.

After causing some rain for the coast of the Carolinas, the storm moved away and no longer poses a threat to our state.
