Four men charged in shooting that injured 4-year-old Shelby girl

SHELBY, N.C. — Police have charged four men and are searching for a fifth suspect in a drive-by shooting that injured 4-year-old Aryanna Odoms Monday night, according to WSOC.

On Thursday, police arrested Cameron Shrader, 24, and charged him with obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact. Officers also arrested Patrick Rucker, 25, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm into occupied property.

Police are still searching for Robert Strong III, 22, who is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm into occupied property.

Police earlier charged Julian Kyle Jackson, 24, and Marquise Santonio Beam, 24, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injuries and discharging a firearm into an occupied property.

Odoms was in the living room when someone drove by and fired several shots into her house and another home. Investigators were first called to Toms Street around 11 p.m. Monday.
