CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Music legend James Taylor’s childhood home in North Carolina will be auctioned off.

The Triad Business Journal reported that a public tour of the house is planned for June 4 before the auction. Tour tickets cost $7 each.

The tours will run from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and are expected to sell out, according to the News & Observer. A date for the auction has not been set.

The 4-bedroom home is at 618 Morgan Creek Road in Chapel Hill. It’s more than 4,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to real estate website Zillow.com.
