WASHINGTON — Police and fire officials are investigating a possible hazmat situation at the National Mall, according to WJLA.

A man drove his truck onto the National Mall and said he believed he was exposed to anthrax on a farm in Virginia.

The man has not made any threats. He said he came to Washington seeking help.

There is no word on if there is any validity to the man’s claims.
