Police investigating after three people shot in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Three people were shot and injured in Greensboro late Thursday night.

Greensboro police responded to the 3300 block of Creek Ridge Road shortly before 11:30 p.m. in reference to a reported shooting.

Officers identified three victims suffering from gunshot wounds, according to police.

Police said all three were taken to the hospital and are undergoing treatment for injuries ranging in severity from non-life threatening to critical.

Police have not released any information about any suspects or the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
