MOCKSVILLE, N.C. — Several fire departments are on the scene of a fire at a yarn-spinning plant in Mocksville.

According to Davie County 911 Dispatch, there were several machines on fire inside the Gildan Yarns plant.

The fire has been under control for about half an hour.

Two people were taken to the hospital. There is no word on injuries or whether those transported were employees or firefighters.
