GREENSBORO, N.C. — An 18-year-old was killed in a motorcycle crash in Greensboro Tuesday night.
The victim was identified as McKinley McCurry, of High Point, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
Officers say the crash happened in the 4900 block of Koger Boulevard at 9:53 p.m.
McCurry was driving a 2014 Yamaha FZ-09 motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he struck a median and several trees on Koger Boulevard, according to police.
McCurry was taken to Moses Cone hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.
