1 injured in Greensboro shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. — One person was injured in a shooting in Greensboro Wednesday afternoon.

Officers with the Greensboro Police Department responded to Cone Hospital at 2:10 p.m. in reference to a walk-in victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

According to a release, the victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle and said the shooting happened along Glenside Drive.

Officers are still working to locate a crime scene.

Police have not released any suspect information at this time.
