BEAVERTON, Ore. — Refrigerated salads that were distributed to North Carolina are being recalled over listeria concerns.

Reser’s Fine Foods recalled 19 refrigerated salad items due to notification from one of their ingredient suppliers that listeria may be present in one lot of onions that was used to make the salads.

The recalled salads were distributed to retailers and distribution centers in several states, including North Carolina.

No illnesses have been reported to date, the company said.

Consumers who purchased any of the recalled items can take them back to the store for a refund or discard them, the company said.
