After paralysis, North Carolina woman takes first steps

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — An Asheville woman takes a huge step forward in medical technology, while also taking her first steps in several years, according to WLOS.

News 13 photojournalist Tighe Wachacha shows us Shannon Chisholm. Chisholm was paralyzed from the waist down after she was struck by a car while riding her bike to the gym. She recently tested new technology that could help her walk one day.
