Man dies after stabbing in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. – A 26-year-old man died after being stabbed early Sunday morning in Greensboro.

Markos Leonard Jones died after being taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Greensboro police.

Police responded to 3808 West Gate City Boulevard at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday in reference to a stabbing. Officers found the victim and took him to a hospital.

Henry Thomas Hairston, 41, of Reidsville, has been charged with first degree murder in connection to the incident.
