Bernie Sanders to campaign in Raleigh on Friday morning

RALEIGH, N.C. – Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders will be in Raleigh for a rally on Friday morning.

The event takes place at 10 a.m. Friday at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, Duke Energy Performing Arts Center at 2 E. South St. in Raleigh, according to Sanders’ website.

This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged, according to organizers. Admission is first come, first served.

Parking is available on-site for a fee and public transit is available via the Red line bus to Convention Center.

Weapons, sharp objects, chairs, and signs or banners on sticks will not be allowed through security, according to event organizers.
