WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Our story for today is about a new spot in the Winston-Salem art scene. It’s called the Olio.

The Olio is a nonprofit organization that helps build artistic entrepreneurship. It is primary a glass blowing shop and they have all kinds of interesting events.

The last Friday of every month they have what’s called “Hot Salon.”

Glassblowing demonstrations, history presentation, community potluck, world music... highlighting different regions of the world, encouraging conversation, learning, and a new way to bring people together.
