Greg Olsen is selling his NC home for about $1.7 million; take a look inside

WAXHAW, N.C. – Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen is selling his six-bedroom home in Waxhaw for about $1.7 million.

8405 Glendevon Ct. in Waxhaw is currently listed for $1,699,950 and is located at The Club at Longview, a golf and country club community.

The home was built in 2005 and is about 6,664 square feet, according to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. It has five full and two partial bathrooms.

Olsen signed a 3-year, $22.5 million contract extension with the Panthers in March, according to the Charlotte Observer. The home was put on the market last week.

The house was originally bought in May, 2012 for $1,150,000, according to Zillow.com, which also estimated that the mortgage would be around $6,000 a month.
