High Point students learn lesson in community service

Teachers know that giving students an idea and the freedom to expand it can help make the idea spread like a wildfire.

That's exactly what happened at Hayworth Christian School in High Point.

High Point Police Officer Riley Puckett came to talk to the students there and left with 158 stuffed animals to give to children when they are facing an emergency or trauma situation.
