NC toddler struck in drive-by shooting

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are investigating a drive-by shooting that left a 1-year-old boy injured and neighbors shaken Tuesday afternoon.

Neighbors described a frightening few moments at the house on the corner of Great Bend Drive and Lime Street. The house also functions as Tatum’s Christian Child Care.

Children were playing when bullets began flying around 3 p.m.
