2 pedestrians hit by WSFC school activity bus

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Two pedestrians were hit by a school activity bus in Winston-Salem Monday night.

According to Winston-Salem Police, the two pedestrians were standing outside of their vehicle in the 1300 block of Hattie Avenue around 6:30 p.m. when they were hit by the side view mirror of a Winston-Salem Forsyth County school activity bus.

One of the pedestrians was taken to Baptist Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The other pedestrian was not injured in the incident.

No students were on the bus at the time of the collision.
