WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Winston-Salem Forsyth County school bus was involved in a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, the bus had stopped in the 5100 block of Yadkinville Road around 4:30 p.m. and had the stop arm extended with the lights operating.
