Man, woman arrested after deputies find meth at Mount Airy home

MOUNT AIRY, N.C. – A man and woman face drug charges after deputies said they found and seized crystal meth from a Mount Airy home.

Roger Steven “Bush” Goins, 61, and Princess Ann Davis, 48, both face various charges including possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine.

The Surry County Sheriff’s Office said officers executed a search warrant Tuesday at a home at 328 Bunker Road. It was part of an investigation about methamphetamine distribution in the Mount Airy area.

Deputies said they found and seized crystal methamphetamine, firearms, smoking devices and digital scales at the home. Both suspects were allegedly inside.

Goins was also charged with selling and delivering methamphetamine, possessing a firearm by a convicted felon and possessing drug paraphernalia. He received a $100,000 secured bond.

Davis was also charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and received a $5,000 secured bond.
