Police searching for suspects after shots fired into Winston-Salem home

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating after shots were fired into a home Sunday night.

Officers responded to 212 Turner St. at 6:30 p.m. after receiving reports that someone in a compact white vehicle, believed to be a Honda Civic, had fired multiple rounds at the home.

Police said around 11:20 p.m. the same day a white compact vehicle, believed to be the same suspects, returned and fired more rounds at the same home.

No one was at home during either of the incidents.

According to police, they are still trying to identify potential suspects and determine a motive.
