Here’s how to see Carrie Underwood’s concert in Charlotte for free before the Belk Bowl

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Country music superstar Carrie Underwood will perform a free concert on Wednesday as part of the Belk Bowl’s Fan Fest, according to the Charlotte Observer.

The seven-time Grammy winner and former American Idol champion is scheduled to perform at 1:30 p.m., two hours before the start of the game.

The Fan Fest begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday outside Bank of America Stadium at the corner of Mint Street and Stonewall Street.

The Fan Fest event is free and is expected to draw 50,000 participants, the Observer reports.

The Belk Bowl festivities culminate with NC State and Mississippi State facing off at 3:30 p.m. at Bank of America Stadium.
