SC reporter killed in NC multi-car crash

WAXHAW, N.C. — State troopers are investigating after they said a woman died in a crash after driving through a stop sign in Waxhaw Wednesday night.

The crash happened just after 7 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 200 and Potter Road.

Troopers told WSOC that the driver, 22-year-old Jordan Schuman, was heading north on Potter Road and drove through a stop sign.

Two other vehicles crashed into Schuman’s car, according to troopers.
