Burlington police release photos of man accused of trying to break into ATM

BURLINGTON, N.C. – Police in Burlington are looking for a man accused of damaging an ATM he was unsuccessfully trying to break into.

The Burlington Police Department released photos on Saturday of the suspect, who allegedly tried to break into the Cash Points ATM earlier this month.

The crime happened at 2239 North Church St. at about 1:30 a.m. Dec. 10, according to Burlington police. Significant damage was reported to the ATM.

Burlington police obtained surveillance images of the incident and released two photos of the suspect to the media.
