Police need help identifying 2 in Greensboro robbery, violent assault

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police need the  public’s help to identify two men in connection to a robbery that happened Friday morning.

The two suspects entered the English Street Market, located at 1006 S. English St., around 9 a.m.

According to police, a clerk at the store was violently assaulted during the robbery.

Anyone with information about the incident or the identity of either of the suspects is asked to call Crimestoppers at (336) 373-1000 or text the keyword “badboyz” and a tip to 274637.

All calls to Guilford Crimestoppers are anonymous and a cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the individuals responsible.
