Ex-husband of ‘Teen Mom 2’ star from NC arrested in Brunswick County
BOLIVIA, N.C. — The ex-husband of MTV’s “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans was arrested in Brunswick County on Friday, according to the Wilmington Star-News.
Courtland Keith Rogers, 29, was arrested on Friday morning and charged with failure to appear on a misdemeanor, possession of heroin and two counts of probation violation. He was also charged with being a habitual felon, the newspaper reports.
Evans, who resides in Myrtle Beach, S.C., is originally from Oak Island and appeared on six seasons the MTV reality show. She and Rogers’ marriage ended in June 2014.
Evans has had her own share of legal troubles, having been charged with assault and communicating threats in the past.
Rogers is being held in the Brunswick County Jail under a $135,500 bond, the Star-News reported.
