EDEN, N.C. — The Eden Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a man who stole a vehicle late last week.

Billy Douglas Dillon, 49, is wanted for two counts of felony breaking and entering, and larceny, along with one count of felony larceny of a motor vehicle.

According to police, Dillon stole a 2010 Honda Civic from 817 Warren Ave. in Eden on Nov. 14.

Detectives said they believe he may also be connected to a Nov. 15 purse snatching incident.

Dillon is still on the run and should be considered dangerous. He is believed to be driving the same Honda Civic with the licence plate DAB-9566.
