Lexington man charged with taking indecent liberties with children

LEXINGTON, N.C. – A Lexington man is accused of taking indecent liberties with a 6-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, according to the Lexington Dispatch.

Robert Lee Selleck, 33, faces two felony charges of taking indecent liberties with a child and two counts of felony first-degree sex offense.

The two separate alleged incidences happened between 2007 and 2014, according to the paper. The incident involving the boy was reported last year.

Police arrested the suspect in New Jersey and he was brought back to Davidson County last week, according to the Dispatch.

Specific details about the allegations have not been released. The suspect was jailed under a $5,000 secured bond and has court planned for next month.
