Greensboro man arrested in October homicide now faces additional charge

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man charged in the October death of a delivery driver is now facing a new charge, the News & Record reported.

Jeremy Alexander Carter, 21, of 5506 Southstone Drive in Greensboro, is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is already charged with first-degree murder in the death of Bakri Khidir Mohamed Khidir, 30.

Khidir was fatally shot when delivering food from Olivia’s Italian Restaurant to 4224 Farlow Drive on Oct. 11.

Capt. George Moore with the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office said the robbery charge stems from Carter robbing Khidir of 50 chicken wings.
