LARGO, Fla. — Brad Bellomo is making his mark on the human landscape as the owner of 3rd Eye Tattoo in Largo, Fla.
Because of Bellomo’s work, it came as no surprise to him when his 4-year-old daughter, Chole, started drawing at a young age.
“She had come in a few times, watched other artists and myself doing the art, and she said, ‘I want to do one.’ So I gave her the chance,” Bellomo told Bay News 9.
Spotting her innate talent, the doting father took a chance and let his little girl leave her mark on him.
Chole said she decided to tattoo a strawberry on her dad’s arm, “because it was cute.”
Bellomo posted a photo of the results on social media and it went viral before the ink could dry.
The post received tens of thousands of comments — both good and bad.
“A lot of it is just someone saying that it’s bad parenting … I’m not trying to push her into a career, but it’s an opportunity where she could do a few tatts, get good at it. Maybe an after school job versus working at McDonald’s.”
But according to Chloe, she may have already penned her career.
“I like to paint my daddy,” she said.
