Children’s denim pants recalled due to choking hazard
WASHINGTON — Roughly 8,300 pairs of children’s denim pants, sold exclusively at Belk, have been recalled.
The manufacturer, Golden Horse, said the recall involves “Nursery Rhyme Play” brand children’s five-pocket, 100 percent denim pants.
The zipper on the pants with the style numbers 4122186 or 4122185 could detach and pose a choking hazard for small children. Most of the pants were sold from June to September in Belk stores or on Belk.com.
The recall includes infant sizes from six months to 24 months.
Consumers should stop using the pants and return them to a Belk store for a full refund.
The pants can also be returned by calling Golden Horse toll-free at (844) 594-3339 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or online at www.Belk.com.
