Police obtain arrest warrants on suspect after man dies in Winston-Salem theater parking lot

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Police have obtained arrest warrants for a man in connection to the shooting death of a man who died in the parking lot of a Winston-Salem movie theater.

Winston-Salem police have obtained arrest warrants charging 18-year-old Harold Hairston with attempted robbery and murder in connection to the death of 22-year-old Tremon Rahquis Pittman.

Police said the victim was shot shortly before 7 p.m. Oct. 8 in the Brandemere Apartment Complex. He was then taken to the Carmike 10 movie theater parking lot at 3640 Reynolda Road where he later died.
