2 men injured in drive-by shooting in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Authorities are investigating a double shooting that happened Tuesday night.

Police responded to a call at 3215 Old Greensboro Road about 9:20 p.m. When they got there they found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg and a second man with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.

The men were standing in the driveway of 3215 Old Greensboro Road when a vehicle, possibly a silver Nissan Altima, drove by them, turned around and drove by a second time. During the second pass, someone inside the vehicle fired several shots at the victims, according to police.

The victims were taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for their injuries, where they were treated and released.
