GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Authorities are investigating a homicide that happened late Sunday night in Greensboro.

Dispatch received a report of a shooting at 4224 Farlow Drive around 10:30 p.m.

First responders found Bakri Khidir Mohamed Khidir, 30, suffering from a gunshot wound at the home. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The initial investigation revealed that the suspects placed an order at a local restaurant and Khidir was the delivery driver.

At this time, there is no indication that the suspects lived at the home on Farlow Drive because it was being renovated.

Co-workers at Olivia's restaurant in Greensboro said Khidir (known to friends as "Bak") was friendly to anyone he met and a devoted family man.

"You could be down, you could be out, it didn’t matter. He was the one that could always lift your spirits. He was the one that always smiled, always laughed," co-worker Debbie French said.

Anyone with information about this crime or the identity of the suspect(s) should call Detective John Lowes at (336) 641-5968 or Crime Stoppers at (336) 373-1000.

Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the individual(s) responsible.
