GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Come Tuesdays, on campus at NC A&T University, what you'll see is a far cry from how you may envision the typical college student. These kids are decked out.

"I think it's just really important for especially the males on campus, to give them a sense of hope, a sense of feeling good about themselves, that no matter where you're from, you can change and grow as a person. Sometimes dressing up can just make you feel like you can do anything you can put your mind to. I'm just humbled by how this has taken off," said Jamal Averett.

Students dress up every Tuesday and post the photos on social outlets using the hashtag #GentlemanTuesdays. Other colleges and even a few high schools are now joining the movement.
