ATLANTA — Josephine Boyd Bradley, who integrated Grimsley High School more than five decades ago, has died in Atlanta.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday at Metropolitan United Methodist Church, 1701 E Market St. A wake will be held an hour before the service.

Boyd was the first black student to attend Greensboro Senior High School, now Grimsley, on Sept. 4, 1957.
