DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. -- Highway Patrol responded to a Greyhound passenger bus that has run off Interstate 85 and into trees.

According to Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of mile marker 98 along northbound I-85.

Witnesses said the bus blew the right front tire, which caused it to wreck into the trees. Three other vehicles were involved in the wreck due to hitting debris from the blown tire.
