GASTONIA, N.C. — A DVD holding memories of a baby’s short life has been found in a store Bible in North Carolina.

WBTV reported that Sandra Ledford picked up the Bible at an Ollie’s store in Gastonia and the DVD fell out.

Ledford said she took the DVD home and found it was filled with memories of a young baby who only lived a few hours.

She posted about the missing DVD to Facebook and eventually found the child’s mother. The mom said her heart “jumped with joy” when she saw the post. The disk has since been returned.

Constance Merck, baby Braylen’s mother, said the disk had some of their most precious memories of the child. The baby died of kidney complications.
