SC man charged after woman abducted, sexually assaulted, stuffed in trunk of car

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. — A 28-year-old South Carolina man has  been charged after authorities say he abducted a woman at gunpoint and sexually assaulted her, WYFF reported.

Antwon Marcees Rogers of Greenville was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, grand larceny, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, armed robbery and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Authorities said he abducted a woman at gunpoint in the parking lot of a Dollar General Store after midnight on Sunday. He allegedly sexually assaulted her in her vehicle and forced her inside the trunk of her car, the drove to another location before sexually assaulting her again at gunpoint.

Rogers was arrested in a motel in Hendersonville, North Carolina Sunday evening.
